Cream base: (glucose syrup, refined coconut oil, emulsifier: E472b, milk protein), sugar, dehidrated mascarpone powder: 17.4%, dextrose, milk protein,modified starch, gelling agent: carrageenin, flavours, coffee flavor, dye: betacarotene.
Dissolve 230 g of product in 500 ml of milk, stir with electric whip or planetary at maximum power for about 3 minutes.
