Chocolate mousse
CONFECTIONARY PRODUCTS > CREAMY DESSERTS
Cream base: (glucose syrup, refined coconut oil, emulsifier: E472b, milk protein), sugar, low fat cocoa powder 17.4%, dextrose, milk protein, modified starch, gelling agent: carrageenin, flavours.
Dissolve 115 g of product in 250 ml of milk, stir with electric whip or planetary at maximum speed for about 3 minutes. Keep in fridge and serve cold.
