Catalan cream

Sugar, modified starch, skimmed milk powder, refined coconut oil, cream base: (glucose syrup, refined coconut oil, emulsifier: E472b, milk protein), cream in powder, alginate: (calcium alginate E404, tetrasodium pyrophosphate E450, disodium phosphate E339), flavours, salt, dye: betacarotene.
Dissolve 100 g of product in 250 ml of milk (or 100 ml of cream and 150 ml of milk), stir with electric whip or planetary at maximum speed for about 3 minutes. Keep in fridge and serve cold.
