Dark chocolate lava cake

Sugar, dark chocolate 32% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), potato starch, skimmed milk powder, refined coconut oil, bitter cocoa in powder (22/24), milk protein, flavours.
Pour 500 g of product in the bowl and add 4 eggs. Stir in planetary for about 3 minutes at maximum speed. Pour the mixture into the molds previously buttered or oiled. Finally bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 5/6 minutes.
