Rice flour, sugar, skim milk yoghurt powder 5%, sorbitol, yeast agents (disodium phosphate E450i, sodium carbonate E500ii, maize starch), thickener: E464, flavours, raising agents: glucono delta-lactone.
For a cake diameter 23 cm, pour 500 g of product in the bowl and add 4 eggs, 100 ml of oil (or melted butter) and 50 ml of milk. Stir in planetary for about 4 minutes at maximum speed. Pour the mixture into a mold previously buttered or oiled. Finally bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 35/40 minutes.
